Conclusion of the contract<\/h2><p>The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.<\/p><p>By clicking the \"Order with obligation to pay\" button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.<\/p><p>The contract only comes into effect through an express declaration of acceptance or by dispatch of the goods.<\/p><h2>3. Delivery<\/h2><p>Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer.<\/p><p>Unless a different delivery time is specified for a particular product, shipping will take place within 2 to 5 business days after the contract is concluded or, in the case of prepayment, after receipt of payment.<\/p><p>In the rare event that an ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be notified immediately.<\/p><h2>6. Note on Temperature-Sensitive Products<\/h2><p>Our products may contain ingredients such as chocolate or cocoa-based coatings and may therefore soften or change in appearance during transport if exposed to high outside temperatures.<\/p><p>Such temperature-related changes do not generally constitute a material defect, provided that the quality, safety, and edibility of the product are not compromised.<\/p><p>We recommend storing the merchandise in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight, upon receipt.<\/p><h2>7. Damage During Shipping<\/h2><p>Any obvious damage caused during shipping should be reported to the delivery person as soon as possible and brought to the seller's attention immediately.<\/p><p>The customer's statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.<\/p><h2>8. Retention of title<\/h2><p>The goods remain the property of STRAIGHT FOODS UG (limited liability) until full payment has been received.<\/p><h2>9.
