A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, the customer submits a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The contract only comes into effect through an express declaration of acceptance or by dispatch of the goods.
All prices are final prices and include VAT.
Any additional shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.
The available payment methods are listed in the online shop.
The provider reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods in specific cases.
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided by the customer.
Unless a different delivery time is specified for a particular product, shipping will take place within 2 to 5 business days after the contract is concluded or, in the case of prepayment, after receipt of payment.
In the rare event that an ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be notified immediately.
Our products may contain ingredients such as chocolate or cocoa-based coatings and may therefore soften or change in appearance during transport if exposed to high outside temperatures.
Such temperature-related changes do not generally constitute a material defect, provided that the quality, safety, and edibility of the product are not compromised.
We recommend storing the merchandise in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight, upon receipt.
Any obvious damage caused during shipping should be reported to the delivery person as soon as possible and brought to the seller's attention immediately.
The customer's statutory warranty rights remain unaffected by this.
The goods remain the property of STRAIGHT FOODS UG (limited liability) until full payment has been received.

Please note: In accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 2 of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.
For non-perishable and originally packaged products, the statutory cancellation period of 14 days applies.
The complete cancellation policy will be provided to the customer separately during the ordering process.
The statutory warranty rights apply.
The provider bears unlimited liability for willful misconduct and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless this is precluded by mandatory consumer protection laws.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
